Learn speaking Japan - Klang

Since Ive join new Japaness employer, my self having communication probs with my boss. He's a little bit poor in speaking english.He's now almost 65 .Ive to move to achieve my future goals but this situation will end infail results.I'm seeking a class to learn speak Japaness only with RM200 p/m (neg ). Please help Me............
